Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Studio LCN software or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

License

Desktop software is licensed per-user. Free-tier products may be used without payment. Paid products require a valid license purchased from Studio LCN or an authorized reseller.

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense our software unless explicitly permitted (e.g., open-source products under their respective licenses).

Web Services

Web services are provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Free-tier accounts inactive for 12 months may be purged with 30 days notice.

Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Studio LCN a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content for training AI models.

Prohibited Use

• Automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks
• Hosting malware or phishing content via our services
• Circumventing license restrictions or access controls

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and request data export at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Studio LCN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taipei.
